Medical DX Promotion and Information for Patients

About Promoting Medical DX and Providing Information to Patients

Our clinic promotes medical DX (digital transformation) and carries out the following initiatives so that patients can see us with peace of mind.

1. About the System for Promoting Medical DX

  • We have introduced online eligibility verification (checking health insurance with the My Number Card).
  • We have a system in place to use the medical information obtained through online eligibility verification in care.
  • We have a system in place to issue electronic prescriptions.
  • We obtain and use electronic prescriptions, medication information, specific health checkup information, and similar data through My Number Portal (Mynaportal).

2. About Free Issuance of Detailed Statements

Our clinic issues, free of charge, a detailed statement listing the categories, item names, points, and amounts of the medical fees charged.

If you do not wish to receive a statement, please tell the reception staff.

3. About Generic-Name Prescribing

To promote the use of generic drugs, and taking the drug supply situation into account, we may prescribe by generic name (prescribing by the generic name of the drug).

4. About the Addition for Development of an Electronic Medical Information Sharing System

Our clinic has submitted the notification for the facility standards for Addition 1 for Development of a System for Electronic Medical Information Sharing (first visit 15 points, revisit 2 points).
We also charge the Outpatient/Home Care Price-Response Fee (first visit 2 points, revisit 2 points).

5. About Long-Term Prescriptions and Refill Prescriptions

Depending on the patient’s condition, we can issue long-term prescriptions of 28 days or more, or refill prescriptions. Whether a long-term or refill prescription is suitable is decided by the doctor according to the condition.
