The streetlights of the Takatori Shopping Street, which displayed “Takatori” (installed in 1997), have all been removed because of their age.
Last Tuesday, the strong spring gale was judged to have created a risk of their collapsing.
Thanks to the kindness of the chairman of the Takatori Shopping Street (from Yame City),
since opening we have been allowed to put up signs under the streetlights for 4 months: two from the direction of Nishijin Station and two from the direction of Fujisaki Station.
Many patients have come until today by looking at the small green directional signs.
We have often been told that the location is hard to find, and we are sorry.
We are now hurrying to prepare replacement directional signs for the lively Takatori Shopping Street.

Near the FamilyMart, turn left at the Takatori 1-chome intersection toward the shopping street
