If you look hard at the small screen of an iPhone for a long time, the “ciliary muscle” that focuses the eye becomes tense, which pushes the eyes toward progressing myopia.
The eyes may also turn inward (“cross-eyed”).

How about connecting your iPhone to the TV?
Viewing on a large screen can reduce tension in the “ciliary muscle.”
Wireless devices seem to be out of stock often right now, so I am introducing a wired option.
Place one adapter between the iPhone and the TV, and buy one additional HDMI cable.

HDMI cableand then connect it to the HDMI port on the TV.
* A 2 m HDMI cable made by ELECOM、
(the same kind of cable used to connect a Nintendo Switch or PlayStation). Once connected, you can see the Zoom screen larger.
